I am the leader of the Intelligent Systems Group in the School of Computer Science and Information Technology at RMIT.

My research interests are in the area of artificial intelligence, in particular intelligent agents. They include:

• agent-oriented systems
• default inheritance
• description logics
• composite objects
• intelligent information systems

In 2002 I was responsible for the courses
